so happy to have you here today for today's episode
we are going to be doing an aligned
business check in and mini intuitive reading
for a lovely woman who owns her own
private therapy practice
what was really neat about this reading
so I already checked in ahead of time I have notes
and I'll be going through all her questions
and what came up
her practice is
not in like the spiritual
realm of things where a lot of times I will look into people's businesses
that are more in you know like mediums
readers healers that type of thing
but what was so neat is she is fully in private therapy
and so many of her answers were so rooted
in this spiritual sense of things so this was a really
interesting reading to go through and I am so excited
to share it with you because as with all of these
aligned little check ins and mini intuitive readings
there's always a theme that emerges
so even though I'm checking in specific for this woman
and her business and her energy
there will be things you will see and hear
that are meant for you and can be
applied to many people's businesses if it feels right
so listen with an open mind knowing that you will
receive from this something that you're meant to hear
and it's not only for her business what I'm sharing
okay so one of the things she had written in her form
that stood out to me right away was
I can recognize that I'm experiencing burnout symptoms
but I don't know what I need to adjust
to start correcting the burnout trajectory
so beautiful awareness I'm sure many of you
have either feeling this now or have felt this
where you feel like burnout is sort of creeping up
you know something
needs to change but you don't know what to change
and so I asked
is she experiencing actual burnout symptoms so it
what she's going through it feels like burnout symptoms
but it is not actually her body going towards burnout
for her and probably many of you these symptoms
that she is experiencing
that feel like burnout symptoms are little flags
saying it's time to pivot
which is what she actually said in her original
statement was I need
she knows she needs to adjust something to start correcting
this burnout trajectory so she knows it's time to pivot
but she didn't know what
so then I asked well what is it then
what where is she meant to pivot where is this
why are these symptoms coming up
to show her to go somewhere but where is the
to go place
um so what I received
after that was she needs to fill herself
up more outside of work and
she did mention this in her form that she there
she is doing this to an extent um purposely
you know meeting
up with a friend each week things like that
um but what kept coming
through is there needs to be more of a fill up in
in a little bit of a different way which I'll get into
um one other thing that she had tried
which I'm sure many of you have also tried or um
are thinking
of trying and it could be for you but it was
it it was not for her um
she did say a few months ago she tried small business
networking events um
but it didn't really feel helpful and it didn't feel like it filled
her um desire for connection
and I did get that
it didn't work because it was still tied to her work
so it was still
just focused on that like business logical mind
and it didn't feel as connecting as
she thought it would and as you would
think it would if you're getting together with all these people who also share
kind of similar things as you
um the thing that is missing
that kept coming up when I checked in from here on
is what she needs is not just the logical um
pure relationships
what she needs is spiritual connection
with both her spirit team
and with other people who own
or work in their own business
and are purposely on a spiritual journey
so there is a specific there's two things
happening here that she's being guided towards to
fill that connection piece and to
have more energy for her business and to
um not feel the burnout symptoms
there's two pieces and I'll I'll go down both a little
but the first one is um
which one should we go over first
the people who own and work their own business
and are on a spiritual journey
she needs a specific type of people
that she's connecting with that are also um
kind of their own bosses like also working
something of their own
however it can't just be on that logical level
it's she's being guided to connect with people
probably all of you listening
people who are consciously on some sort of
spiritual journey so they're consciously
looking at okay what's in my highest
alignment what's in my business's highest alignment
what's my purpose here where am I being guided towards
what how can I ground
more into my energy and my business and my best clients
it's it feels really important
for her to be connecting with those kinds of people
and not just
peers in the industry or just
business owners in general
it feels like to really feel and fill her
desire for connection and have more energy
in her business and to give to her clients
the type of person that she's meant to surround herself
with are other people who are now
doing a similar path to her and I don't know how into
kind of the spiritual path she has been
yet but I will say moving forward she's going to be
very much on that spiritual path
and it's kind of like she's done the logical stuff
where
energetically at least it feels like she really
knows what she's doing
she really knows her stuff she really has
just all of that in her head and she's all
she's just so much experience
and now she's for herself and her business
not necessarily her clients
her clients can stay in the logical
kind of therapy practice that they've been in with her
but for her and her business
is really being guided to really connect
on a more spiritual connected path
and then
the other part of that
is she is being guided to connect with her spirit team
so what do I mean by that
and I'll tell you exactly
what came through for how she's meant to do that
at least right now and I'm sure it will grow and expand
as she keeps going
but when I say spirit team
that could mean past loved ones that could mean angels
that could mean
like what people would think of as a typical
spirit guide it could mean your higher self
it could mean source energy God Jesus
your heart's wisdom
um it's really just however
you like to connect with Energy
Angels I don't know if I said that
however for her specific
what came up with because it felt like she
um is guide it's
it's such a big broad vague thing right to say
okay you're being guided to connect
more with your spirit team
and it's like okay well like how
so they did give me like the first very logical
step of how to do that
and it's tied to something that came up
a few times in her form
which was I feel most drained by everything
administrative in her business so
that came up a few times is the administrative work
which is really really draining
but it's something that has to be done
and the first thing I asked
was is there something to change
amount about the amount of administrative work
my logical brain was thinking like is she meant to hire
someone is she meant to outsource this a little
is she meant to somehow make less administrative work
but I got no
the amount of administrative work is not the problem
at least that's what I was getting the problem
is that it's draining her
and there is a world
where she can have the same amount of administrative
work and it not be draining
and and she's gonna have to update me after she tries
this a few times because I am super curious
or if any of you try this with something similar
because this part is also very much for many of you
and so what I got was I
cause the next thing I asked is is there something
she can do to make this not as draining
yes and then I said what is it
and what came through was she has a specific
spirit guide who wants to help her with this
they did not give me the spirit guide's name
is she meant to come up with the name
it feels like it's not important
the spirit guide's name doesn't feel important
but if you ever want to give your spirit guide a name
you can usually just give them one or ask them um
but besides the point you also don't need to know okay
so
what they said is when it's time for the administrative
work she can say something like
the words here do not have to be perfect
I am about to do administrative work
I call on my spirit guide to do this with me
um I did leave a blank there like my blank spirit guide
it felt like
she's gonna have a nickname for the spirit guide
it might not be like a human name it might not be like
Bob the Spirit Guide it might be like my admin
spirit guide
like there might just be a little label there
so you feel more intentional
that you're calling on that spirit guide
um but
saying something like I'm about to do administrative
work I call on my admin spirit guide to do this with me
now
what you can imagine happening so what is this is what
I was told it's going to be happening
that this guide will be creating a bubble of energy
of energy healing around you
oh this was second sorry this is a different part
there's two parts of the spirit guide thing
okay so number one
the spirit guide is gonna be working with you so
and the more you do this the less you're going to have to say
I'm about to do administrative work I call on my admin
spirit guide to do this with me the more you
do that it's just going to naturally happen
it's going to be like okay I'm doing my admin work
calling my spirit guide and the more
the more you do that the more you won't have to actually
set the intention and call the spirit guide in
but the spirit guide
is going to be supporting you with many things clarity
energy
and this is what I started saying earlier is this guy
will also be creating a bubble of energy healing
around you
so because what she had said is sometimes it's hard doing that
administrative work because she has to go over
like back over um traumatic or intense stories
um that people have told her when she's doing the admin
work
and that can be a lot so one thing this guide
a big thing this guide is going to be doing
is creating a bubble of energy healing around her
so when she is going over
like working with this these more intense energies
that um the spirit guide is going to be transmuting um
that heavy energy into love
and she won't take it on physically
so right now when she's going through those stories
her body is like shutting down a little bit and um
almost like blanking out because
it doesn't want to take on those energies
so this guide is going to be supporting
her energetically
to make sure she's not taking those heavy energies on
which is also going to
clear up more space and more how they'll
be able to have more clarity
she'll be able to be more efficient
um so this spirit guides gonna be doing a lot
energetically
for her while she's doing the administrative work
so that's cool
I was not expecting to get that answer
when I checked in and so I was like okay
that's super neat so this could
really be applied for any of you
if you have something in your business
where you feel like you're just like
kind of hit a wall with you feel like you don't have the energy
for or it drains you
or you just don't have clarity
um or you kind of like find yourself
dissociating a little bit
this would be a great thing to feel into you
am I meant to call in some sort of energy to support me
whether it's just the energy work
around me like maybe I'm just calling in a certain
energy
even like I'm calling in the energy of love to transmute
this or I'm calling in the energy of the sun to
give me more energy I don't know or if it's literally
calling in a spirit
guide to help sit with you during that more
draining work so that's definitely something
that could be for anyone
um to apply to your own situation
and
I will also say like shameless plug but
this is why I hold
the two containers and communities that I run
is because this is so important for so many people
there's two parts
one to be around other sort of business type owners
who are really connected
to the spiritual journey and really connected
to you is this in my alignment is this in my business's
alignment is this what's best for my clients
and looking at it from an energetic view
instead of always the logical
view like we can look at both
so that's why I do my I have a
mastermind Guided Heart mastermind
right now it's closed so you can't come in there
but it will open again
so but that's we can be
around people like this and have these conversations
and I can check in intuitively are you also meant to
connect with your spirit guide for whatever is draining
you in your business
and then my other community is not related to business
at all however I do have a lot of people who
have their own little businessy thing
that are also in the community which is an intuitive
development mentorship membership
spirit guide university
now that is always open so if you are looking
for a container where you can be around people
having conversations like this or
have someone like me running
it where I can check in for you what is most
aligned for you your business
all that just your own spiritual development
if that's the kind of connection you're looking for
and you're desiring
I do have those two containers and communities just FYI
reach out anytime and I can help you
decide if one of those makes any sense for you
alright moving on
the next thing she asked was
oh she was contemplating if she should discontinue um
one of her offerings or if she should should scale back
all of her offerings and I think this was to try to
have more energy in her business
and be less drained and be
further away from those burnout symptoms
and what I got is she does not need to discontinue
any of her offerings
she doesn't need to scale back any of her offerings
and I also received she will have more energy
when she is connecting more with her spirit team
and other spiritual minded people so
this is that theme coming up again for her
if she is really really being guided
to connect both with her own spirit team in some way
and with other people who are like consciously
on this spiritual journey I believe we're all on this
spiritual journey I think that's just what life is
however
I also believe you can more consciously be on it and
working consciously
towards aligning with your highest aligned path and
all of that
and then I also got that
anytime she's having trouble getting
something done in her business
is a sign to call in an aligned team member
this is really for anyone
so and when I say aligned
team member I mean spirit team member so
this could be something in your own business
where you might have you might have one spirit guide
that you call on for everything you might
always call on Jesus's energy
you might always call on your higher self's energy
but some of you will have like a plethora of
guides and energies
to call on and you'll call on different ones
for specific things
and so this is just bringing that up again
is real is like
this whole idea of you do not have to do this alone
doing business
and she did bring this up in her form
I'm remembering now is it can feel really isolating
she works from home she owns her own practice
sure many of you feel this too
it can feel very isolating and
that's
really why the two there's like the two tears being
that she's being guided towards that also probably
many of you are being guided towards is one
calling on her her own spirit team her own energies
that want to support her more whenever
she's having trouble
getting something done in her business or it's draining
her or she's feeling those burnout symptoms
and also
putting herself
in places where she can connect with other people
who are going to be more connected
to their spiritual journey
moving forward
okay what else did
her business want her to know
is her business is ready for her to lean
more into her intuition to make decisions
so
I guess we've kind of said that but
still feels important um
really leaning into our intuition to make decisions
really reminding herself
it would this be a good time to call on
some sort of energy call on a spirit guide
and she had uh
she had oh she had also mentioned something
reading my notes back I'm like what did I say
she also had mentioned something about peer
support and how it hadn't been as helpful lately
and how in the past she'd really liked having that peer
support like other therapists and what I received
from that that I've kind of already touched on is
she doesn't need
support on the therapy part of business
it really feels like she's at a point where she is
hot she has that figured out
but she does what she is being guided to find
support with is with her own intuition
and really connecting either with her own
spirit team or with other people on this kind of
intuitive aligned purpose driven journey
um yes cause this is what she said in her form
I miss having professional peers
that I could get ideas and motivation from
and the last thing from that is
again I this wanted to be said again
she is being guided
to have professional peers for ideas and motivation yes
but not in the original way she was thinking
that it doesn't need to be other private practice
therapists
but it does want to be other entrepreneur type people
who are using intuition
in their business and see it as a spiritual journey
I'm just laughing to myself because
this is like exactly
