to the first ever episode
of the Intuitive Business Mentor podcast

I appreciate you so much
and it feels so special that we are starting off at
like the bottom here together
new starts fresh beginnings
today I thought we would chat about three themes
that I think
are so integral to this journey that you are on
or about to be going on if you're totally new
and yeah so let's just get started
so the first thing that I think
is so important for us to really ground into
is the idea that you have something so unique
to share with the world
you have a unique set of circumstances
and a blueprint that has LED you to where you are now
where you have something to go out skills
wisdom
modalities and to help other people
support other people in some way
and I think what is so important about this
is really recognizing the fact
that you are not meant to do this
in a cookie cutter way so even if
let's say you're a Reiki practitioner
or you're a therapist or a medium
there are like millions thousands
I don't know there's a lot of those category of people
coaches out in the world
however you are not just doing that one modality
you bring with you all the wisdom
from the different life experiences that you've had
leading up to where you are
so for example
I was a middle school math teacher for seven years
and then I taught community college math
you could be like wow
I just wasted all that time
but really
that career helps me so much in what I do now
in terms of being able to teach something
break things down into pieces
have so much compassion and patience for people
I bring a whole different set of skills
to my intuitive development membership that I have
to my business intuitive
business coaching mastermind that I do
the skills that I bring because of that
are unique to maybe someone who wasn't a teacher
but
maybe there's someone else who was a therapist first
and now they're blending maybe reiki with therapy
or blending in something with tarot cards or mediumship
so it's important to remind yourself
you are not just simply the Reiki practitioner
or the medium
or whatever category you find yourself in right now
you are bringing you it's
I think
important to think about all the life circumstances
that LED you to where you are
like let's pretend you're a therapist
and you had a really difficult childhood
where you had to navigate some really big stuff
you're bringing that wisdom to your therapy clients
or to whoever you're helping
and it's important to remember
it's not just the modality
or the tools that you're using right now
it's also all that life experience that you've had
and it's happened to you in a very unique way
or happened for you however you wanna look at it
in a very unique way
so you can support the people who are coming to you
your best clients are going to be helped
and move forward because of all the wisdom
that you have had along your journey
up till now
so you are unique your path is unique
it's on purpose and when you're talking to people
it's important to market that
and show them that you're not just the one category
that you might most closely fit with
that's important in my perspective number two
this one can be a little tricky
this can be a little hard for some people
especially if you um
have some perfectionist type tendencies
is you are not going to have the whole plan
most likely there might be a small percentage of you
who will have the whole plan
before you get started
most of you however
will not there will be a step to get started
and you will not get more of the plan
meaning how you're gonna help people
what you can offer them your pricing
all of it um
who you're meant to help
the plan will unfold as you take action
so a lot of times people get very stuck and confused
and they um
have trouble moving forward
and it's because
they have to take that first action step
so you probably were guided or are being guided
there's something in front of you
that you're meant to be moving forward with
and you haven't yet and it's possible that your human
logical brain who is working to keep you safe
is like well
we don't know where that's going to lead to
I don't know the whole plan
all I know is this one little thing
maybe you're being guided to post one little thing
on social media but you're like
but I don't know what I would even offer people yet
you're probably just need to post that
and then something else will become more clear
so um
you've probably heard this before
but through clarity comes through action
so if you are looking for more clarity
that does not most likely means you don't need to like
sit in meditation more
or talk to another business coach
most likely the first thing you need to do
is take action on the steps
that you already have some knowing around
and that will create more clarity
so if you're feeling stuck
the biggest thing that you can do for yourself is
most likely what is one action step
that I do feel guided to take right now
take that and then see what unfolds after that
so I think just not needing to know the whole plan
and the whole path of where we're going
and it will unfold
and it will change over time as you change
as your clients change as the world changes
so it's a it can be a lot of work
like personal growth work
to be okay with that um
but it's very much worth the personal work
to go through that
and to become the person who can take aligned steps
without having the whole picture
and the whole safety of knowing where you're going next
and then this last one
kind of leads into the one from right before
is signing up for this journey of entrepreneurship
even if you don't fully resonate with that word
entrepreneurship but sharing your unique wisdom
your unique magic with the world in exchange for money
having some sort of whether it's a hobby
whether it's part time job
full time job whatever it is
the act of doing that is like
the ultimate personal growth
spiritual growth journey
when we sign up for this
whether you might think you signed up for it as a human
like right now
when you're however old you are
as you're going through this
some of you might believe that in spirit
you signed up for something like this
you wrote that kind of
into your blueprint for this lifetime
as a possibility
or is it definite
and we might not have realized at the time
but it is such a personal growth journey
there are so you might think like
if you were already on a personal growth journey
a spiritual journey
before you decided to share this with
the people you're meant to share it with
most likely
you've already done a lot of personal growth
you've probably done a lot of spiritual work
and that's what's LED you to become the person
who can now share it with other people
it's like okay
I did this I worked through this
these were like some
like hard lessons or some big learnings
some big growth opportunities
and now you're like I have all this wisdom
now I can share it with my people
you did all that work before
which is valid so much work
and you might be thinking
okay I did my work
it's never over
and it becomes just a whole different flavor of work
as you are going on this entrepreneurship journey
which I think is amazing work
I think it is huge work it's personal growth
it's spiritual growth and it's supporting the people
that you're meant to support
but I think it is important to know
this will be growth work it's not just work as in like
I'm gonna go to my job and I'm gonna do work
it is like deep
personal work
there will be many deep personal lessons for
and obstacles for you to work through
and with each of those is so much opportunity
there is so much more opportunity for growth
spiritual growth personal growth
abundance growth and it's not
I don't say that as like
a scary thing but I think it's something for us
to recognize and realize about this journey
that it is not just like Easy Street
it's it's you really becoming
this journey will help you truly become
if you if you step up to that plate and want to
of course you have free will
but it will support you
in becoming the most authentic version of you
the truest version of you that you can be in the world
and it is quite magical and beautiful
but I think it is helpful to know that
it might feel hard and that's okay
nothing has gone wrong it feels hard for everybody
if people are truly doing the work
and being authentic in what they're doing
it most likely will not always feel easy
and that's okay
so I guess I just wanted to normalize that a little bit
